Click on Resource Management: http://oodt.apache.org/components/maven/resource/
Click on Mailing Lists under Project Documention on the right: http://oodt.apache.org/components/maven/resource/mail-lists.html

Click on the "Subscribe" link, which sends an email to "[e-mail]". It should send an email to [e-mail].

Similar problem for the commits and private email list.
Also, the link to the user mailing list is missing.
