fix missing jcommander dependency

    Description

      When I started the the _omid.sh create-hbase-commit-table
      I got the following exception:

      Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/beust/jcommander/ParameterException
