Description

There is a requirement at the ASF that DOAP descriptors should be attached to each component.

There's no reason to generate those files manually, since they contain a set of data already contained in POMs, so I am proposing to use the maven-doap-plugin integrated in the site, see http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-doap-plugin/examples/with-site-plugin.html
