[OLTU-183] The authzserver source jar doesn't container sources for "org.apache.oltu.oauth2.common" package

Description

The org.apache.oltu.oauth2.authzserver-1.0.1.jar downloaded from central maven repository contains binary code of oauth2-common. Why is that? oauth2-authzserver has already dependent on oauth2-common in terms of Maven, why is code containing needed?

If binary code integration is necessary, so should be the source code integration. Currently org.apache.oltu.oauth2.authzserver-1.0.1-sources.jar doesn't contain java code for "org.apache.oltu.oauth2.common" package. In Eclipse this leads to "Source not found" error, making debugging into oltu library very hard.
