Description

1. The line "gem install mysql -with-mysql-lib=/usr/mysql/5.0/lib/mysql --with-mysql-include=/usr/mysql/5.0/include" should include a '-' before both the --with options.

2. Add a note stating that the max. number of open file descriptors may have to be increased before starting Nginx.
