Description

These are the preperations needed to build the first release:

• Decide on a Name
• Decide on a Version Number
• Decide how the distribution should look like
• Create a tutorial on the website how to build a release
• Create LICENSE, NOTICE and DEPENDECIES file
• Run RAT check once and add License Header where necessary
