Date selection not working for "Create WebSite Parties" on EditWebSite screen.

    Description

      1. Go to Content.
      2. Click on WebSite from the sub menu.
      3. Click on a website from the list.
      4. Click on Parties from the sub menu.
      The date selection for thru date and from date in Edit Website Parties form does not work.
