Description

Steps to regenerate:

• Go to catalog component https://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:8443/catalog/control/main.
• Click on the Products link in sub menu https://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:8443/catalog/control/FindProduct.
• Click on "Tags" https://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:8443/catalog/control/EditProductTag.

'Update' button is displayed, despite having no results for tags.
