After OFBIZ-7928 we now use "Let's encrypt" on demos.

We need to update ofbiz\tools\demo-backup\README.MD which is used to generate https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/The+official+demos+and+how+to+maintain+them
