Description

Steps to regnerate:

1) Login to Facility component.
2) Select a facility and press Submit key.
3) Switch to Role(s) tab.
4) Add Facility Party Role.

We can see From Date and Thru Date in text boxes but there is no option to edit/update them. Add option to update From Date and Thru Date on the list.
