[OFBIZ-8624] Search Single Transactions From eBay is not working

Description

Steps to regenerate :
1) Login into ebay application.
2) Click on "Import Single Transactions" tab.
3) Click on Search Single Transactions From eBay button.
4) See Exception at the screen. See attached screenshot for more info.
