[OFBIZ-7842] Error on submitting Ebay Accounts

Description

Go to Ebay Store, select any Ebay Account and click on Submit button. Following error is coming :

ERROR rendering error page [/error/error.jsp], but here is the error text: org.ofbiz.widget.renderer.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen component://ebaystore/widget/EbayAccountScreens.xml#EbayPersonalInformation: org.ofbiz.widget.renderer.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen component://ebaystore/widget/CommonScreens.xml#AccountDecorator: org.ofbiz.entity.transaction.GenericTransactionException: The current transaction is marked for rollback, not beginning a new transaction and aborting current operation; the rollbackOnly was caused by: Error in Service [getEbayUser]: Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application.
