Description

Steps to regenerate :
1) Login into Project application.
2) Click on "Tasks" menu.
3) Find and select any task.
4) Click on "Surveys" submenu.
5) Add more than one survey and see calendar icon is missing.
6) see attached screenshot for more detail.
