[OFBIZ-7663] FromDate and ThruDate shows empty for WorkEffort Children

Description

Steps to regenerate -
1) Navigate to workeffort -> workeffort
2) Go to workeffort Details Page.
3) Select Children tab and click on Add existing Workeffort Child.
4)Add workeffort child with FromDate, thruDate and other required details.
5) Now, again select Children tab to view all associated workeffort children.
6) Workeffort children listed in tree structure. Select recently created workeffort child.

Issue - FromDate and thruDate shows empty value when we navigate to child details page.
