Description

The placeholder should describe in a paragraph or two what the core functionality of the marketing component is.

The initial paragraph should be business oriented (for potential adopter) and outline in broad strokes what kind of functionality a user can expect/perform.

An additional paragraph should be focused on the contributor, where he can find the component specific issues (in JIRA) and view changes committed to the component (in VIEWVC).
