[OFBIZ-7367] 'From Date' and 'Through Date' is not setting up on adding a new task member

Description

Steps to regenerate the issue:
1. Navigate to 'SCRUM' -> 'Tasks'.
2. Press 'New Task' button.
3. Create the task.
4. Browse the task created.
5. Press 'Member' tab.
6. Add task member, select 'Project Member', add 'From Date' and 'Thru Date'.

Expected result:
Added From and Thru date should display.

Actual result:
'From Date' is showing now timestamp and 'Thru Date' is empty.
