[OFBIZ-7349] Not able to add agreement term just after adding new or updating existing agreement's term

Description

Steps to regenerate:

1. Go to Agreement term page- https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/EditAgreementTerms?agreementId=8000
2. Add one agreement term or update already present term.
3. Now again try to add new agreement term, error occurs "Value found with Ids, cannot create new".
This error should not occur as i was trying to add new term, agreement term should create with new sequence. This works when we refresh the page.
