Description

When clicking on a Definition Location on https://localhost:8443/webtools/control/ServiceList (like
"file:/home/chrisg/git/ofbiz/applications/product/servicedef/services.xml") no Service will be shown because the full OFBiz path gets added to the parameter.

I'll commit a fix.
