Description

Use Template WorkEffort to create Maintenance Plan while creating FixedAssetMaint. Template WorkEffort Id is pulled from ProductMaint entity. User also has option to supply one from UI.

If ProductMaint SeqId is not specified or if the ProductMaint does not have maintTemplateWorkEffortId then maintTemplateWorkEffortId supplied by user is used.
