[OFBIZ-6348] Quote item adjustment rows incorrect color and misaligned on view page

Description

At the quote view page ordermgr/control/ViewQuote, adjustment rows are displayed with incorrect row colors and the data misaligned in incorrect cells. Adjustment row colors should match their parent quoteItem row to which they describe. The adjustment description should appear in the unit price column while the amount should appear in the adjustments column.
