    Description

      HTML embedded in the description field of OrderAdjustments is output as text rather than HTML elements on the orderitems page.

      To reproduce:
      1. Create a sales order for DemoCustCompany
      2. Add 10 GZ-1000 to the cart to qualify for promos
      3. Finalize and Complete the order
      4. On the order view page scroll down to the order items section and notice the promo lines contain text that is supposed to be rendered as HTML links of products.
