Description

This was broken by OFBIZ-12664, partially fixed by OFBIZ-12778, thanks danwatford for the tip:

Hi Jacques Le Roux - the error you have found is related to mismatches between the renderSubmitField FTL macro in the various themes/common-theme/template/macro/*FormMacroLibrary.ftl files.

From memory I think the closeOnSubmit macro parameter was added to the HtmlFormMacroLibrary.ftl file, but not the other files. I have fixed this for PDF generation, but didn't test CSV generation.
