Description

Migrate all Help files in docbook format to asciidoc format and include them in a global manufacturing.adoc document.

manufacturing.adoc follow  the template describe in Example structure for adoc files in the wiki https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/OFBiz+Documentation+Team
