[OFBIZ-11162] ‘gradlew ofbiz’ should only depend on :classes target like ‘gradlew run’

Description

run OFBiz from Gradle does not require to construct a Jar so it is better to reduce the dependency graph of gradlew ofbiz

Additionally gradlew should be only on :jar on :test to avoid building distribution archives instead of messing with :build dependency graph
