Description

When starting OFBiz, there are some warnings which look like that:

2019-06-30 12:13:27,237 |JoinPool-1-worker-15 |UtilXml                       |W| [UtilXml.LocalResolver.resolveEntity] could not find LOCAL DTD/Schema with publicId [null] and the file/resource is [service-eca.xsd]

The issue is that some XML schemas are not present in the classpath.
