Description

Steps to regenerate:

1) Login to facility component (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/main).

2) Navigate to Shipments screen (https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/FindShipment).

3) Click on New Shipment button to create a new Shipment.

4) New Shipment screen is having the Update button instead of Create button.
