[OFBIZ-11109] Getting an error while creating event from SFA without providing event name

Description

 Steps-
1) Navigate to SFA than events.

2) Click on create button.

3) Enter only Party Id and proceed to Create Event.

Expected: Event should be successfully created.

Actual: Error message gets displayed, which does not make any sense to the system user.
