[OFBIZ-11022] Edit WebSite Path Alias is not working

Description

Steps to regenerate:

1. Login into content
2. Select any website(Preferably CmsSite as it has pathAlias)
3. Click on pathAlias tab
4. Select any pathAlias to edit

 See edit option is not available on screen, Create option is available which is creating new pathAlias instead of edit.
