[OFBIZ-10975] Buttons on edit credit card page are shown twice

Description

Steps:
1. Visit the demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce.
2. Login to the system.
3. Add Credit card details for the customer on the customer profile page.
4. Check the Go Back and Save button after adding the credit card details.

Actual:
Go Back and Save button display twice on the header of the page, after adding the credit card for the customer.

Expected:
The buttons should not be displayed twice after adding the credit card details.
