Created an attachment (id=341)
Output from running the testcase

I was examining the XML from the content DOM for the attached testcase's output. I noticed that many of the automatic styles that have been generated have not picked up my locale. My country is being set as "DE" rather than "US" in the XML.

This appears to be happening for cases where I have used convenience methods like setCellBackgroundColor.

I am attaching a new testcase which is a fairly major (and hopefully improved) rewrite of my usual one!
