[ODE-955] Cannot deploy BPEL process when ODE not running on 8080 port.

Description

When configuring application or servet server to listen on ports other than 8080, then it is not possible to deploy BPEL process package.
In ode-axis2-war/src/main/webapp/upload.jsp there is hardcoded string for deployment service:

http://localhost:8080/ode/processes/DeploymentService

This shoudl be made somehow configurable or self-adaptable accorfing to the port application/servlet server is listening.
