[ODE-931] Two tutorial links are broken in Resource & Services page in the ODE website

Description

The following two tutorial links are broken in http://ode.apache.org/resource-services.html page.

1. ODE/BPELUnit Tutorial: Unit Testing BPEL processes with Test Coverage - Part I
Current link directs to http://www.se.uni-hannover.de/lehre/tutorials/BPELUnit-Coverage1.php , "which returns a page not found error". Also the page loads the German version.

The correct document can be found in: http://static.se.uni-hannover.de/lehre/tutorials/BPELUnit-Coverage1.php

2. ODE/BPELUnit Tutorial: Unit Testing BPEL processes with Test Coverage - Part II, also gives the same error.
