report duplicate endpoint config properties

    Description

      Endpoint properties might be defined in different places: the main config directory and the process directory. These 2 locations might contain multiple endpoint files. And some might set the same property multiple times.
      The improvement would be to report any properties set multiple times as INFO or WARN.
