[ODE-654] Reply for MyRole MEX shoudn't deliver responses from rolled back jobs

Description

In case when job fails and is retried successfully, reply sends twice response to JBI Layer.
This causes "Ignoring unknown async reply" messages and causes sometimes delivering incorrect response to external system. For example native sequences on rollback don't get original values on Oracle.
