[ODE-65] Fatal Channel Error

Description

Create unit-test "TestDynamicPick". The test contains a <pick> within a <while> element. First message appears to route to the <pick> okay however a second message routed to the <pick> logs the following:

FATAL - INTERNAL ERROR: Duplicate ASSOCIATION for CHANEL 56

This could be another implied BPEL constraint issue or the test-IL should be doing something in the message exchange however it is not obvious to me how this error can be mitigated.
