Description
When releasing Oak 1.22.8 I noticed that the vote template mentions s wrong location for Jackrabbit Oak sources:
The sources are not at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/oak/tags/jackrabbit-oak-1.22.8/ <https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/oak/tags/jackrabbit-oak-1.22.8/> but instead at https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/tree/jackrabbit-oak-1.22.8 <https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak/tree/jackrabbit-oak-1.22.8>.
The vote template needs to be changed for both trunk and 1.22 branches.
