Description
There are cases where the oak-run index command reads nodes very slowly on a DocumentNodeStore. One reason that has been identified is the cost of resolving the commit value of revisions that are not committed. Enabling the negative cache implemented in OAK-9230 should speed up read operations on documents with such revisions.
