Description

There is a support for reading osgi configs from file using felix interpolation plugin - 
https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/tree/9bd66812f21944925268bfd5551218c436886d30/configadmin-plugins/interpolation

We already support reading ES host using this technique. We need to be able to read port number as well.
