    Description

      LuceneIndexStatsUpdateCallback is slow and  synchronous which lead to slowness.

      Resolution:

      Make this callback to be executed only in asyncIndexUpdate and also make this configurable

      i.e. call only if  previous call + currentTime > configured time.
