    Description

      AsyncIndexUpdateCorruptMarkingTest#testLuceneIndexSegmentStats fails sometimes when the system testing it is under a bit of load.

      While simple fix could have been to simply make sure content creation is indeed committed and root state refreshed before asserting.

      But, using this chance to simplify the test as well.
