CompiledPermissionImpl returns wrong type of TreePermission for child of permission store

    Description

      while working on OAK-8240 i noticed that CompiledPermissionImpl will return the wrong type of TreePermission for subtrees of the permission storage as it wrongly computes the tree type to be DEFAULT instead of INTERNAL.
