Deprecate embedded Solr server

    Description

      The EmbeddedSolrServer was initially created to provide quicker Solr setup in Oak, for testing and development, not for production.
      Over the course of the years it turned out it was not that useful and in the end it was better to setup a single Solr instance even for dev / testing scenarios.
      Therefore the embedded Solr server should be deprecated (and eventually dropped).
