Major Description
Oak-run index creation fails silently if the index path doesn't contain 'oak:index'.
The message logged is "Proceeding to import [] indexes from ...". Log level info.
A warning should be logged, for example
No indexes to import (possibly index definitions outside of a oak:index node?)
