Description

We should add a new SEGMENT_AZURE fixture, so it's possible to run the integrationt tests for the Azure Segment Store. By default it should connect to a local Azure Storage emulator:

• https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-use-emulator
• https://github.com/arafato/azurite

If the oak.segment.azure.connection system property is defined, then it should try to connect to the specified connection string.
