Description

While working on OAK-6318 stillalex and myself noticed that some of the uuid related methods on o.a.j.oak.plugins.identifier.IdentifierManager could be refactored to oak-commons in order to cleanup additional dependencies the security-spi and functionality residing in oak-core.

The methods on IdentifierManager will just call the util and will be deprecated such that we can later cleanup the duplication.
