Description

CacheWeightsTest is not a test, but a benchmark that reports the impact on the heap of different components in the oak-segment-tar module. To avoid running this test every time with the rest of the suite (the test is always skipped), it could be more appropriate to turn it into a command-line utility.

We already did this in the past for the cold standby, when we created BulkTransferBenchmark out of an integration test that was a benchmark in disguise.
