Description

Let's add a new parameter: --exclude-fragments - any node which name contains the specified fragments will be excluded from the migration, as well as all its descendants.

The second parameter: --fragment-paths can be used to declare which subtrees should support such fragment (to avoid wrapping the whole repository with the FilteringNodeState, which would be inefficient).
