Support path exclusion in secondary nodestore

    Description

      Secondary NodeStore feature (OAK-4180) for now currently supports path inclusion. It would be useful to have support for path exclusion also.

      Using this a user can can include all content under / but exclude /oak:index/uuid/:index entries.
