[OAK-5233] Parameter --src-datastore is being ignored for JCR2 upgrade

Description

oak-upgrade seems to ignore --src-datastore if the JCR2 is used as the migration source. The datastore defined in repository.xml is used instead.

The parameter should take precedence over the config. If it's not possible, migration should fail if the --src-datastore is used for the JCR2 upgrade.
