[OAK-5102] includeAncestorRemove should not do prefiltering just based on / but actual ancestors

Description

includeAncestorsRemove was registering a prefilter path of / while as it should actually be /** as it wants to see child changes too. This was interfering with the aggregate filter (but was a generic issue).
